Hunley Waters Offers Exclusive Buyers Incentive for Open House Weekend
North Charleston, SC (May 1, 2012) – Cobalt Developments, LLC, developers for North Charleston’s Hunley Waters community, announced today that it will offer a $6,000 incentive package to any qualified buyer who signs a contract after attending this weekend’s Open House, May 5 to 6.
