North Charleston, SC (January 20, 2012) — Following his recent appearance at the AFFA forum on racial discrimination, Hunley Waters (www.hunleywaters.com) developer Chris Swan is extending a homebuyer incentive offer for all AFFA dues-paying members.
“All dues paying members qualify for a one-time, $8,000 financing incentive as prospective homebuyers,” says Swan. “This is the equivalent of the IRS homebuyer incentive that was discontinued in 2010. We feel that Hunley Waters is a great option for AFFA members, as North Charleston’s Park Circle is an emerging progressive community.”
Swan invited all AFFA members to attend the house setting event on Tuesday, January 24th, from 9 AM to Noon, at 1029 Hunley Waters Circle, North Charleston, 29405. The event marks the construction of new housing at Hunley Waters, with its unique foundation setting.
In addition, Swan is offering an additional $1000 of free upgrades that are available to anyone who attends the house settings, and subsequently buys a house at Hunley Waters.
The house setting is for the foundation for two models of Hunley Waters premier Ashepoo model, which features three bedrooms, and 2.5 bathrooms. One of the homes is being built on the marsh, the other on Noisette Creek. Prices for the Ashepoo model start at $199,000.
“Without question, residents at Hunley Waters are innovative and ahead of the curve,” adds Swan. “A number of our residents are in creative and technology-based industries like video production, computer science, medicine and graphic arts. Our community fits their profile, and a green home with waterfront access in a sustainable community is a fantastic value for prospective homebuyers.”
Hunley Waters is North Charleston’s only waterfront gated and sustainable community, with National Association of Homebuilders-certified green homes that feature energy costs one third less than those of conventional homes. Located just three minutes from the thriving East Montague corridor and 10 minutes from downtown Charleston, the neighborhood features private front porches, community docks, cutting edge Energy Star appliances and abundant parking and storage in one of the Lowcountry’s emerging progressive communities.
